IMAGE DIMENSIONS EXPLAINED

Width, height, ratio and file size are different.

Image dimensions are the number of pixels across and down, such as 1920 x 1080 px. Aspect ratio describes the shape of those dimensions: 1920 x 1080 and 1280 x 720 are both 16:9. Megapixels describe the total pixel count, while KB or MB describes storage size. A large image can have a small file size after compression, so checking both values matters.

FitThatPic targets the highest-quality result at or below your maximum size. Entering 50 KB produces a file no larger than 50 KB when the result is achievable.

Can I set pixels and file size together?

Yes. Choose “Both,” enter the required width, height and maximum file size, then select Make It Fit.

Are the photo and signature presets editable?

Yes. A preset only fills the form. Change its dimensions, size limit and output format before resizing.

Which image formats are supported?
